Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 oz. pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Sift dry ingredients together. Cut in shortening.
    Add yeast and buttermilk.
    Add flour, if needed, to make a stiff dough.
    Turn onto floured board; knead lightly.
    Roll and cut into 16 biscuits.
    Place onto lightly greased baking sheet.
    Let rise.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven 20 to 25 minutes.
