Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 (or 2 lb.) pork chops
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed beef broth
    1 c. drained pineapple chunks
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. ketchup
    4 Tbsp. wine vinegar or 2 Tbsp. each: vinegar and pineapple juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Fry pork chops in skillet.
    Drain.
    Mix all ingredients; pour over chops.
    Simmer (stir or baste chops with mixture often) for 45 minutes or until chops are tender.
    Serve with beds of fluffy rice.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
