Egg Souffle(Serves 12) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 eggs, beaten
4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
12 to 15 slices bread
sausage, onion, green pepper, mushrooms (optional)
Preparation

Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam spray.
Remove the crusts from bread and cut into cubes.
Layer the bread, cheese and optional additions.
Continue layers.
Combine eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
Pour over layers.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
