Cucumber Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cucumber
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 to 2 drops green food coloring
Preparation
    Coarsely chop cucumber. Squeeze in paper towel to remove as much moisture as possible.
    Same with the onion.
    Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
    Serve on small bread or cut into triangles.
