Potato Soup(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium potatoes
1/2 c. carrots
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onion
1 can chicken broth
Preparation

Cook vegetables in broth until tender, then blend in a blender or use a potato masher to blend vegetables.
Add 1 pint of low-fat milk or skimmed milk.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Heat and serve in mugs or bowls.
Sprinkle no-fat cheese on top.
