Toothpick Spicy Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined (medium to large)
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. La Victoria Salsa Brava or other hot taco sauce
    1 medium onion
    1 clove garlic
    3 oz. butter
    parsley, bay leaf, thyme or savory
    8 oz. chicken livers
    1 Tbsp. brandy
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Chop onion and garlic.
    Soften in one ounce butter.
    Remove from pan.
    Add livers and saute 2 to 3 minutes.
    Sprinkle with herbs.
    Cool and chop finely; add onions and sieve.
    Stir in remaining 2 ounces butter and brandy.
    Pack into buttered mold. Chill.
    Unmold and serve with crackers.
