Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. cubed chicken
    6 c. chopped celery
    4 c. water chestnuts, chopped
    1 c. green onions, chopped
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 tsp. onion salt
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Let set at least 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
    Serves 30 (1/2 cup) servings.
