Ingredients

3/4 c. boiling water
1 small pkg. sugar-free gelatin (any flavor)
1/2 c. cold water
ice cubes
1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip Lite
Preparation

Pour boiling water into blender container.
Add gelatin; blend at low speed until dissolved, about 30 seconds.
Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
Add to gelatin; stir until ice is partially melted, then blend at high speed for 10 seconds.
Add whipped topping; blend 15 seconds.
Pour half the mixture into 6 straight sided dessert glasses, then fill glasses with remaining mixture.
Chill until set, about 1 hour.
Makes 6 servings.
