Crusty Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 peaches, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
dash of cinnamon
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Place peaches in 9-inch baking dish.
Cover with 1/2 cup sugar. Set in oven to warm while mixing remaining ingredients.
Blend the butter and sugar together.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add to sugar mixture with milk.
Spread evenly over the peaches.
Sprinkle 1/3 cup sugar and dash of cinnamon, with 1/2 cup of water over the sugar.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until crusty and brown.
