Fried Mozzarella - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. fine cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Cut cheese into 1/2-inch cubes and dip into the egg.
    Roll into the cracker crumbs.
    Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the breaded cheese until crisp and brown.
    Spear each cube with a toothpick.
