Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cooking oil
salt, pepper and lemon pepper to taste
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2 whole potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 yellow and 1 zucchini squash, sliced
1 can Ro-Tel and 1 can stewed tomatoes
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, chopped
few pods chopped okra
Preparation

Layer in your favorite casserole dish.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
