Vegetable Platter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. asparagus
    1 bunch broccoli
    1 head cauliflower
    4 large tomatoes
    1 can olives
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    1/3 c. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2/3 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Blanch asparagus, broccoli and cauliflower five minutes. Slice tomato.
    Arrange on platter and keep cold.
