Mexican Flan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. light brown sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add sugar and salt.
    Beat in evaporated milk and vanilla.
    Sprinkle brown sugar in bottom of loaf pan.
    Gently pour mixture over brown sugar.
    Place pan in shallow baking pan containing hot water.
