Alberty'S Hot Meat Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. \"good\" ground beef or ground chuck
    2 medium Idaho potatoes, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    fresh parsley, diced
    1/2 sweet bell pepper, diced
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1/8 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 brick Chili Bowl chili
Preparation
    Mix beef, potatoes, onion, parsley, bell pepper, celery, Ro-Tel, curry powder, pepper and salt thoroughly and bake in oven at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 (mashing with a potato masher several times while cooking) until golden brown (approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour). Add butter, Cheddar cheese and chili and bake 30 minutes more. Best served with mustard on bread.
