Hot Peppers(Canning Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    3 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    peppers
Preparation
    Wash hot peppers.
    Cut into rings and put in quart jars. Bring water, vinegar and salt to a boil.
    Pour over peppers in the jars.
    Put on lids and rings.
    Set aside to seal.
    Eat in about 2 months.
