Chili Rellenos Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chili
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
4 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Brown beef and onions.
Drain grease. Season with salt and pepper.
Place 1/2 green chili in 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cheese.
Top with meat mixture. Add remaining chili and cheese.
Combine remaining ingredients in blender and beat until smooth.
Pour over chili mixture.
Bake 1 hour or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
