Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together.
Add oil, eggs and vanilla; blend well.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in 2 - 9 inch round cake pans that have been greased and floured.
Remove cakes from the oven and cool completely.
Slice each cake in half giving you 4 round cake pieces.
