Seafood Appetizer Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    3 Tbsp. cold water
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of tomato, celery or shrimp soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 lb. tiny shrimp or crab or both (canned or fresh)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
    dash of Worcestershire sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Heat the soup. Dissolve gelatin in water and add to the soup. Add softened cream cheese and blend until smooth.
    Add the remaining ingredients and pour into an oiled mold.
    Chill until firm. Unmold.
    Serve with crackers.
