Easy Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar or Swiss cheese, shredded
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    1/3 c. diced green peppers
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain off fat.
    Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch.
    Stir in meat, cheese, onions, peppers and salt.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
