Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. stew mix
4 potatoes, cubed
3 carrots, sliced
2 to 3 lb. beef stew meat
1 to 2 onions
1 can green beans
1 can mushrooms
3 c. water

Preparation

Mix package stew mix with 3 cups of water into crock-pot.
Add rest of ingredients.
Cook on low for 8 hours or cook on high for 4 1/2 hours.
