Corned Beef Hash Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1 (15 oz.) can corned beef hash
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 tsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Bake pie shell 7 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Turn temperature to 325\u00b0. Crumble hash into baked pie shell and top with cheese.
    Mix remaining ingredients.
    Pour over top and bake 35 minutes or until set.
