Crock-Pot Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. applesauce
    5 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook for 12 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
    Lift lid off to thicken the last 4 hours.
    Immediately fill jars; wipe jar rims and threads.
    Cover quickly with flat lids.
    Screw bands on tightly.
