Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten until foamy
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt (small tsp.)
    2 c. grated zucchini (don't peel it)
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. nuts or dates, cut up (optional)
Preparation
    Beat the eggs until foamy; add sugar.
    Add oil, vanilla and salt.
    Beat until thick and lemon colored.
    Add zucchini and flour and mix well.
    Add remaining ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
