Lemon Cheese Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 stick butter
2 lemons
4 egg yolks
Preparation

Grate
rind
and
squeeze lemons.
Mix flour and sugar. Add beaten egg yolks and all other ingredients.
Cook over low heat until
thick.
Cool and
spread
between
layers of cake. This is good when used with Six Layer Cake.
