Salisbury Steak(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Set power select at Medium-high.
    Combine ground beef, 1/4 soup, 1/2 mushrooms (chopped), egg, 1/4 cup milk, bread crumbs, onion and pepper.
    Shape into 6 patties and arrange in oblong baking dish.
    Heat, covered with wax paper, 13 to 14 minutes, turning patties over* and rearranging once.
    Drain and let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
    Meanwhile, in small glass bowl, combine remaining soup, mushrooms and milk; heat 2 to 3 minutes, stirring once.
    Pour sauce over patties and garnish with parsley.
    Makes 6 servings.
