Chocolate Pecan Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. Crisco
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. milk
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine butter and Crisco.
    Mix well.
    Add sugar and mix at medium speed until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
    Add vanilla.
    Sift flour, cocoa and baking soda.
    Add flour mixture and milk alternately, beginning and ending with flour mixture.
    Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
    Sprinkle pecans evenly over batter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes, or until cake tests done.
    Cool in pan 15 minutes.
