Company Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. instant mashed potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small diced onion
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. flour
1 can onion rings
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix prepared instant mashed potatoes (can be warm or cold, but must be instant potatoes) with eggs, flour and cream cheese.
Beat well.
Add onion.
Pour into greased 9-inch square pan.
Put onion rings on top and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
