Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 beaten eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. dry bread, cubed or torn into small pieces
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients (may use egg substitute for eggs). Place bread cubes in buttered glass 2-quart casserole baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup raisins, if desired.
    Pour egg mixture over bread.
    Place dish in pan of hot water in middle of oven.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
