Roast Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 16 lb. turkey
    1 onion
    1 lemon
    fresh sage
    salt
    butter
Preparation
    Clean turkey of feathers and fat.
    Stuff cubed onion, sliced lemon and sage into body cavity.
    Brush outside with butter and season with salt.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 4 hours.
    Baste often.
    When turkey turns golden brown, cover with foil tent.
