Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    4 slices white bread, broken up small
    1 stick butter or margarine, softened
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. pineapple tidbits with juice *
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 315\u00b0.
    Use glass pans.
    These amounts are for an 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Double for a 13 x 9-inch glass pan.
    Bake at 315\u00b0 around 1 hour or a little less, will brown some.
