Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3/4 c. vegetable shortening
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add buttermilk.
    Dissolve yeast in water and then add to mixture. Cover bowl and refrigerate.
    The mixture can be used for several days.
    Roll on floured board 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick, cut with biscuit cutter and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
