Pasta And Beans With Rosemary - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. (1/2 lb.) dried cannellini or Great Northern beans or 2 (16 oz. each) cans white beans
water
1 lb. orrechi
1 1/2 Tbsp. salt plus salt to taste
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil or 1/2 c. rosemary olive oil
2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tsp. dried
2 large onions, sliced paper thin
freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
-
If using dried beans, rinse them and pick them over.
Then rehydrate and cook.
Drain and set aside.
If using canned beans, drain, rinse and drain.
Set aside.
