Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. grated raw zucchini
2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs until
frothy.
Beat in sugar, oil and vanilla. Beat until
lemon
colored.
Stir
in
zucchini and flour with cinnamon, baking
powder,
soda and salt.
Add nuts, pour into 2 greased and
floured
9
x 5-inch pans.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven 1 hour or until tests done.
