Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Preparation

Put a few drops of food coloring in a cup of water; add vegetable oil.
Stir and cook over medium heat until thick.
