Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box 4x sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
2 c. blueberries
almost 1/2 c. sugar
1 heaping tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
2 pie shells, baked
Preparation

Cook together blueberries, 1/2 cup sugar, water and cornstarch about 2 minutes or until thickened.
Whip the cream cheese (room temperature) and 4x sugar, then mix in Cool Whip.
Pour into pie shells and top with blueberry mixture.
Makes 2 pies.
