Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. oil
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
-
Wash and peel zucchini.
Cut in half and scrape seeds from middle and grate.
Combine all ingredients and bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
Makes 2 loaves.
