Pastry For Small Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine (room temperature)
2 small (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
2 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix with fork all ingredients.\tForm a ball.
Pinch off in small balls and roll out thin.
For small pies, you may use peach preserves, cherry preserves or
your
own cooked fruits. This pastry may be stored in refrigerator until needed.
