Coated Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. light corn syrup
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Combine sugar, sour cream and syrup in saucepan.
    Cover and bring to a boil.
    Cook to soft ball stage.
    Add butter and vanilla.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Beat until mixture loses its gloss. Add nuts quickly and stir until covered.
    Spread onto foil and break apart when cool into pieces.
