Beet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sliced beets
    1 pkg. Good Seasons fat-free Italian dressing
    1 red onion, thickly sliced
    lettuce
    fresh parsley
Preparation
    Prepare Italian dressing according to directions.
    Drain the sliced beets; place in glass dish. Marinate beets in Italian dressing in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
    Separate lettuce into leaves and place on salad plate.
    Place several beet slices on each lettuce leaf.
    Place one onion slice on top.
    Spoon dressing over onion and beets.
    Garnish with parsley and serve.
