Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    pinch of salt
    1 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar and oil.
    Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add carrots and nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0.
    You may add 1/2 cup raisins or chopped dates.
