Upside-Down Sausage Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. chili powder
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, cubed
    1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cook
    sausage,
    onion
    and green pepper until sausage is
    brown
    and
    crumbly.
    Stir
    in flour. Mix in tomato paste, chili
    powder,
    salt and pepper.
    Stir in cheese and olives.
    Spread
    evenly
    in
    a
    greased and floured 9-inch pan. Prepare mix
    to
    package directions.
    Spread over sausage mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 30 to 35 minutes, or until done.
    Let stand 5 minutes, loosen edges.
    Invert onto plate. Serve immediately.
