Quick Orange Or Lemon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18 1/2 oz.) box white cake mix
    1 (3 oz.) box orange or lemon Jell-O
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    2/3 c. water
    4 Eggland's Best eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Mix cake mix and orange or lemon Jell-O powder. Add vegetable oil and water and beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition. Pour batter into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour or until cake tester comes out clean. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes. Turn out onto cake rack and allow to cool. Serve plain or sprinkle with powdered sugar. Makes 12 servings.
