Hot Water Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening or cooking oil
    2/3 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over shortening (or oil); add salt and flour; mix well. Refrigerate for 15 minutes, then roll out and place into pie pans. Makes 4 (9 inch) pie crusts.
