Coconut Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. baking powder
    10 graham crackers
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and vinegar until stiff.
    Add sugar and vanilla.
    Beat well.
    Add nuts, coconut, crackers and baking powder.
    Pour batter into 8-inch greased pie pan.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Top with whipped cream.
