Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. meat or filling, precook choice (suggestions: bacon, ham, mushrooms, onion, shrimp and crabmeat)
    3 eggs
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 c. light cream
    1 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 pie shells
Preparation
    Blend eggs, mustard, cream and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese in blender.
    Cover bottom of cooked pie shells with Swiss cheese (1/2 cup).
    Add liquid mixture.
    Add meat or filling mixture.
    Cover with remaining Swiss cheese and 1/2 cup of Parmesan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until firm.
