Beet Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. beet juice (let beets bleed after completely cleaning)
    1 pkg. pectin
    7 c. sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
    1 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Strain\tbeet juice after boiling until soft.
    Boil beet juice, lemon
    and pectin (Sure-Jell) for 1 minute.
    Add sugar and jello; bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
    The butter keeps the jelly from foaming.
