Parmesan Pocket Bread Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz. or 6 slices) pkg. Arab (pocket) bread or pita bread
    3/4 lb. butter, softened
    1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut bread slices in half, then split each half.
    Spread each bread half with about 1 tablespoon butter.
    Sprinkle with about 1 tablespoon of cheese and cut into 4 wedges.
    Put wedge on a baking sheet and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 8 dozen.
