Looed Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 c. dark soy sauce
    1/2 c. dry sherry
    5 slices fresh ginger
    2 star anise flowers
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 lb. chicken wings, cut into 2 large joints
    sesame oil
Preparation
    Boil together all ingredients except sesame oil.
    Simmer desired number of chicken wing pieces for 20 minutes. Cool in the liquid.
    Serve cold with a bit of sesame oil on top.
    Refrigerate and use sauce over and over. Replenish favorite flavors.
