Piccadillo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 onions
    1 can tomatoes
    1 clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 green pepper
    1/4 c. stuffed olives
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. capers
Preparation
    Fry onions, peppers and garlic in 1/4 cup sweet oil until tender.
    Add tomatoes and meat and stir with a fork to break up the pieces of meat.
    Add salt and pepper, olives, raisins, capers and vinegar.
    Cook slowly until meat is tender.
