Parrot Pineapple Salad Boat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fresh pineapple
    1 can mandarin oranges
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Take the pineapple and cut it in half, all the way through the leaves (don't cut leaves off).
    Then cut in half again.
    Now, you should have 4 pieces with leaves on.
    Cut out the core.
    Slice between the pineapple and the outer covering, leaving fruit loose in shell.
    Now, slice small cuts down into the pineapple and put slices of orange in.
